From the sounds of it Washington is feeling a bit odd with the groups of National Guard soldiers wandering around. Yglesias seems to think that they are wandering somewhat aimlessly. Funny how if one didn’t know better our cities often take the appearance of a police state at times of our greatest celebrations.
