Yeah, the padding is an artifact of the homepage styling. Fixing…
How’d you get them to show up on the homepage in the first place?
That’s the standard appearance for the status post format in Twenty Eleven. Unfortunately it doesn’t carry through to any other templates (single, search, other archives).
